Natural Whey Protein Powder - Is It Really Any Better?

Natural whey protein powder is the newest rated superfood of superfoods. I'm sure you've heard this term before but what exactly is a superfood? 

A superfood is rich in phytochemicals which are known to help reduce the risk of certains cancers, reduce inflammation, and strengthen your overall immune system by providing your body with essential vitamins and minerals that give your body an overall balance of healthy and boosted energy.
